All our products are sent by Royal Mail. Depending on how many orders we are dealing with we always aim to get our items dispatched within 2 working days of order. Your parcel should then be with you withing 3 - 5 working days.
For urgent orders you can choose the option to have your order sent by Next Working Day (after dispatch).

We offer a no quibble return of goods where the item has been damaged in transit or is faulty.
Items where customer has just changed their mind cannot be refunded as all these items are made to order and have been personalised with name of your choice.

Here at So Print It we do not store any of your payment details. Your payments are made through Paypal who offer their own guarantees and security. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to make a payment ...you can simply use your debit/credit card on their site. Sew Print It do NOT have access to any of your bank details or security numbers. We only receive the payment and the delivery address so we can send you your great items.
